- Courses are licensed for personal, non-transferable use.

- Be respectful in community spaces; harassment or spam is prohibited.
4. Payments and refunds
Prices may change over time. Unless stated otherwise, self-paced courses include a 7-day satisfaction guarantee; contact us within 7 days for assistance or a refund evaluation. Live cohort and mentor-led enrollments may have different terms, disclosed at checkout.
5. Intellectual property
All course content, trademarks, and branding are owned by TerraGround Atelier or its licensors. You retain rights to your artwork.
6. Disclaimers
We provide educational content “as is”. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes. Practice quality and frequency influence results.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TerraGround Atelier is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
